Additionally, we have confirmed a speaker for our second talk which will focus on work-life balance strategies. In this talk, Dr. Sy Islam will: · discuss how to mentally prepare for our return to the office, · provide evidence-based strategies on effective hybrid work, and · highlight key takeaways about the COVID-19 workplace (e.g., flexibility) which can guide how we serve our staff and collaborate with colleagues moving forward.
