Managing the transition into “post-pandemic” work Date & Time: Tuesday, Feb. 15th from 1:00-2:00pm Zoom Registration: https://baruch.zoom.us/meeting/register/tZIkf-2rqDssGd1kuFcLp-giXMGFVm_79OoH Description: With CUNY set to return to 70 percent in-person operations, and potentially 100 percent by summer 2022, it’s crucial that we effectively manage the transition into “post-pandemic” work. In this talk, Dr. Sy Islam will: · discuss how to mentally prepare for our return to work, · provide evidence-based strategies on effective hybrid work, and · highlight key takeaways about the COVID-19 workplace (e.g., flexibility) which can guide how we serve our staff and collaborate with colleagues moving forward.
